They seem to have a serious infection, I recommend you try the safe mode with network support, if the path with which you run on this page for more help.

Uninstall if you have avast antivirus, then download the free version of avast after installation asks you if you start scanning, or want something, and then click Yes, it will restart your PC and start the scanning when a virus is simply not new. 2 Delete, or simply follow the instructions.
Start access to most files in Safe Mode, run your antivirus program. Then restart. Start, Run, type msconfig, select Startup INI. Tab Select the Safe Mode, and select Internet. Then you start back in the safe to return to normalcy after they are finished. Go to msconfig and select the Start. Then reboot to normal. Good luck.
You can see it in Safe Mode with Networking, and keep trying, but the start button to press F8 key until you see the options screen and select Safe Mode with networking open your browser and go to Security a virus scanner live.com Microsoft Online
Normally you can not do it in Safe Mode
What system requirements are trademarks computer, XP / vista.not sufficient information. support
